Existing two storey workshop building of c. 1,467 sq.m, comprising workshops, office, storage, plantroom, welfare accommodation at ground floor level and offices, canteen, changing room and welfare accommodation at first floor level, finished in light grey corrugated steel cladding and light grey metal roof sheeting with blue flashings, including roller shutter doors, rooflights, canopies, external lighting and CCTV; existing single storey steel shed of c. 188 sq.m (Shed 1); existing single storey steel shed of c. 50 sq.m (Shed 2); existing shipping container abutting the workshop building; existing car parking area, internal roads and concrete and stone hardstanding areas; existing vehicular site entrance, automatic sliding steel gate and timber board boundary fencing; The manufacturing/industrial development for which PERMISSION is sought consists of: A proposed on-site wastewater treatment system comprising a packaged sequencing batch reactor (SBR) treatment unit and associated soil polishing filter; a proposed drilled well and well housing to serve the development; proposed foul sewer, watermain and surface water drainage network, including a soakaway designed in accordance with BRE Digest 365
