Permission is also being sought for the following to facilitate the change to a dwelling house:- 1) renovation of the existing building to include elevational changes; 2) demolition of existing single storey extension to the rear; 3) construction of a single storey extension to the rear; 4) construction of a two storey side extension to include a drive through arch (to access the rear yard); 5) conversion of the existing attic space including provision of rooflights to the front roof slope and a dormer structure to the rear; 6) construction of garage and shed to rear of property and 7) all associated site development works
