for the proposed development which comprises revisions to previously granted permissions (Planning Ref: P20-575 and P23-224). The development includes the installation of an internal mezzanine first floor (3,172 m²) within the existing production area, providing additional general manufacturing and cleanroom space, together with ancillary office accommodation and staff welfare facilities. A new atrium is also proposed on the southern elevation to form a dedicated staff entrance. The development also provides for the extension of the existing service yard to accommodate a new sprinkler tank and pump station, in addition to a new three-storey external plant structure to house air handling units, associated plant, and containment enclosures. There is proposed back lit building signage to front and side elevations, alongside alterations to rear elevation. The external yard will include the construction of new single-storey service and storage buildings, along with a separate generator and transformer compound located adjacent to the existing substation. All associated site development works are included, comprising minor revisions to the existing car parking layout, the installation of palladian fencing to the perimeter of the yard with sliding access gates, and the provision of external plant compounds for gas bottle storage
