Development Description
The construction of 98 no. dwelling houses and all ancillary site development works. The proposed development consists of the construction of 3 no. 5 bedroom detached dwelling houses, 3 no 4 bedroom detached dwelling houses, 14 no 4 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 46 no 3 bedroom semi-detached dwelling houses, 18 no 3 bedroom townhouses and 14 no 2 bedroom townhouses. The proposed development also makes provision for a two storey creche with associated surface car park, bicycle parking and bin stores. The proposed development provides for the extension of the Janeville Spine Road permitted by planning reference 16/4289 (as amended and extended by planning references 20/4650, 20/5451, 21/5556 and 21/5936) to accommodate the provision of a new vehicular entrance to Janeville from the Rock Road (L-2490) with associated footpath and road upgrades. The proposed development also comprises minor amendments from that previously permitted by planning reference 21/5936 to the west of the site.
