Development Description

Permission for alterations to a permitted housing development at The Miles Road, Clonakilty, Co. Cork. The proposed development consists of amendments to the project previously permitted under Planning Ref. No. 23/20 (ABP Ref: ABP-318260-23), and subsequent applications 25/5853 and 25/428. Proposed Alterations: i) Amendments to previously approved House Nos. 1, 2, 3, 5 & 9, consisting of a rear extension to provide an additional bedroom for each unit. ii) Revised house design for House Type C4, including an additional bedroom iii) Revised site layout plan to include: - Relocation of House Nos. 4 and 5. - Adjustments to the proposed vehicular entrance to the development. - Revised driveways for House Nos. 6-8, 10-19, 20-37, 46-48, 53-57, 65-67, 73-89, 104 & 114. These revisions incorporate internal car spaces to remove the requirement for on-street parking and all associated ancillary site works.
