Development Description
(i) Construction of 21 no. two storey dwellings comprising 2 no. two bed, 11 no. three bed units and 8 no. four bed units (1 no. detached, 8 no. semi-detached & 12 no. terrace dwellings). Each dwelling is served by a rear garden private amenity space and car parking spaces are provided either on curtilage or on street; (ii) provision of public open space (462 sq. m.) to serve the development in addition to open space granted under Reg. Ref. 2320/ ABP 318260-23; (iii) provision of street lighting, internal roadways, footpaths, foul and SuDS surface drainage, landscaping / boundary treatments and all ancillary infrastructural and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application The Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the office of the Planning Authority
