1) permission for the permanent retention of the following; a) alterations to the site entrance approved under PP ref no 14/4381, including lay-bys each side of the site access road for use as short term drop off parking and the use as day time light commercial vehicle sales display, gravel landscaping, seven no. flag poles, road markings and an additional sign b) two no. hardcore areas, used for commercial vehicle parking, c) nine no. former commercial goods trailers and shipping containers in two locations, eight used for vehicle parts storage and one used as horse feed and bedding store, including a roofed lean-to between two of the trailers. d) fence to the east boundary, 2) Permission for the demolition of existing compressor room ,3) permission for the following; a) the construction of two extensions to the existing commercial vehicle road worthiness testing centre incorporating one additional heavy commercial vehicle testing lane and one light commercial vehicle testing lane, b) the redesign and replacement of the south and west facades of the existing test centre. The application includes one EV charging point, new fencing, landscaping, road markings with in the site and associated site works.
