(AbbVie), intend to apply for the following at their Production Facility at the IDA Industrial Estate, Anngrove Townland, Carrigtwohill, Co Cork: 1) Permission for Retention of the following, a) Change to external cladding to previously permitted Juvéderm Extension Project, Planning Ref: 23/04159, b) Two Storey Extension to Existing Modular Building Block No. 01 (Total Floor Area = 244m2) to previously permitted Juvéderm Extension Project, Planning Ref: 23/04159, c) Single Storey Extension to Existing Modular Building Block No. 02 (Total Floor Area = 54m2) to previously permitted Juvéderm Extension Project, Planning Ref: 23/04159, d) Two Storey Modular Office Block No. 03 (Total Floor Area = 554m2). 2) Permission for Construction of the following, a) Proposed Stores Building No. 01 (Total Floor Area = 225m2), b) Proposed Stores Building No. 02 (Total Floor Area = 225m2), c) Proposed Warehouse Extension to Existing Building (Total Floor Area = 70m2), d) Demolition & Proposed Upgrade to Main Entrance (Total Floor Area = 24.4m2), e) Proposed Upgrade of Cladding to External Elevations of Main Production Building, f) Proposed Demolition of Existing Warehouse Building (Total Floor Area = 207.5m2). The proposed development is covered by an Existing Industrial Emissions Directive Licence Number P1046-01. The Planning Application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of the Planning Authority, County Hall, Carrigrohane Road, Cork, during its public opening hours, i.e. 9.00a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Authority of the application, and such submissions and observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
