Permission for temporary retention for a period of 5 years for the use of 2 No. existing single-storey modular office buildings (Buildings Nos. 8 and 9), each having a floor area of approximately 41.8 m² (providing a combined total floor area of approximately 83.6 m²), and a maximum height of approximately 2.76 metres, located in the south-eastern part of the campus. 2. Permission for temporary retention for a period of 5 years for the use of 2 No. existing single-storey modular office/workshop buildings (Buildings Nos. 13 and 14), with a floor area of approximately 40.17 m² and 41.89 m² respectively (providing a combined total floor area of approximately 82.06 m²), and a maximum height of approximately 2.76 metres, located in the northern part of the campus. 3. Permission for retention of adjustments and for permanent permission of the approved the modular production support building (former Gowning Room) previously granted temporary permission under Reg. Refs. 21/5786 & 24/5501. The proposed building will have a gross floor area total of approximately 283 m² and maximum height of approximately 3.76 metres. Adjustments to the approved building include an increase of floor space by approximately 7.0 m², installation of ancillary external air handling units, and minor adjustment of the building’s position and the connecting corridor to Production Building P02. This application relates to development, which comprises an activity which holds an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence (Reg. No. P0778-03).
