Following Large Scale Residential Development
Permission for the following Large Scale Residential Development (LRD) comprising modifications to part of the Strategic Housing Development permitted under ACP Ref No. 309059-20. The proposed development consists of amendments to Block 7, Podium 2, including the change of use of the permitted medical centre to provide 1 no. retail unit at ground floor level and 5 no. two-bedroom residential units at first floor level. The proposal also includes modifications to the internal layout at ground floor level to include an increase of the floor area of the permitted retail unit and at first floor level to increase the floor area of the permitted crèche.
