6. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Division of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall demonstrate the bicycle parking type and set out in the NTA Cycle Design Manual (2023) and Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan 2022–2028. The revised drawings shall address the following: a. Provide detailed design and layout for both the proposed long-term staff cycle parking spaces and the existing campus cycle parking spaces, including rack type, spacing, shelter, security, and lighting. All provisions must align with the design requirements specified in the NTA Cycle Design Manual (2023). b. Revised drawings indicating that the 16no. proposed parallel cycle spaces at the centre of the site meet the minimum design requirements of the NTA Cycle Design Manual 2023.

8. The Developer shall comply with the following archaeological requirements of the Planning Authority: j) Should archaeological excavation occur the following shall be submitted to the Planning Authority: iii. A final report on the archaeological excavations not later than twelve months after the completion of the excavation
