20. The Developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: k) The following items should be submitted for the written approval of the planning authority in advance of the works commencing: vii. Doors: Schedule shall clearly indicated where bona fide historic doors survive in the building, and these shall be retained. Clear justification shall be provided if it is not possible to do so, and exact replicas shall be detailed by the Conservation Consultant based on historic survivors to demonstrate conservation gain by restoration of character in the principle spaces – 1:20 drawings and 1:5/1:1 profile details of the door panels shall be submitted. Clarity shall also be provided on the provenance of all of the front doors to the Protected Structures.
