Site works consist of a new paved forecourt with 4 car parking spaces, the widening of the existing service road and the erection of a new fence to the north of the proposed poolhall to replace existing. All works are situated within the curtilage of a protected structure, St. Michaels House. A natura impact statement has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.
