The development will consist of: a rear extension of 651.5 m² across First to Fourth Floor Levels to accommodate 24 No. additional hotel bedrooms, above the existing car park access at ground level. The extended 143 no. bedroom hotel will have a total gross floor area of 6,076 m². The development will also consist of: alterations to the side and rear boundary including changes to the existing side gate onto Rutland Place; provision of signage (comprising 1 no. high level sign on the rear elevation and 2 no. low level illuminated signs on the side and rear elevations), external lighting, hard and soft landscaping including window boxes, and all site development works above and below ground.
