Planning permission for the installation of 3 no. protective removable street bollards beneath the existing chauffeur-style dwelling to restrict vehicular access (road closure), following a reduction in clearance height resulting from remedial structural works to the existing property at 56 Park Boulevard, Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, D15 R25R. Pedestrian access through the undercroft area will be maintained at all times. Alternative vehicular access is available within the development via Mount Eustace Green and Mount Eustace Avenue.
