The Amendments will consist of the following: The replacement of the previously granted Block A, a 4 storey block of apartments, (comprising of 13 no. one bedroom apartments, 15 no. two bedroom apartments, totalling 28 apartments) with 4 no. House type F4, a mid-terrace, 3 storey, four bedroom dwelling, 2 no. F5 House type, an end-terrace, 3 storey, five bedroom dwelling, 1 no. F5E House type, an end-terrace, 3 storey, five bedroom dwelling, and 1 no. F5E2 House type, an end-terrace, 3 storey, five bedroom dwelling. Totalling 8 no. dwellings. Amendments to the surface parking within the development, the provision of bin and bike stores for the mid-terrace dwellings, along with all other ancillary site works.
