The change of use of Buildings Nos. 1 and 2 from vacant warehouse units to a car service garage; the demolition of part of Building No. 1 at ground floor (43 sq. m), and first floor (to provide a double-height space) (213 sq. m) and the provision of an extension to the northern elevation, overall reducing the floor area by 93 sq. m, from 1,021 sq. m to 928 sq. m; the demolition of part of Building No. 2 (4 sq. m) and the provision of a first floor mezzanine (115 sq. m), increasing the floor area from 726 sq. m to 837 sq. m; the provision of a new auto carwash, 2 No. valet bays and plant (137 sq. m); and a new inspection pod (20 m²).
