Permission to construct a new community centre consisting of 3 no. buildings (a) a two-storey administration building of 982.8sq.m, consisting of a café, kitchen, administrative office, group spaces, and ancillary accommodation; (b) a two-storey community building of 773.5sq.m, consisting of group Spaces (with complimentary programming of childcare function), staff facilities and ancillary accommodation; (c) A two-storey exhibition space and Community Space Building of 2178.6sq.m, consisting of a large gallery space, a function room and ancillary accommodation; Externally, the facility will provide play spaces including artificial surfaced pitches, car parking, bike parking, bin storage, a pickup/drop-off area, a farmers market stall area, signage, perimeter boundary treatments and all associated groundworks; Permission to include a new vehicular entrance, a new pedestrian and cycling entrance and link to the dodder valley green way park, all on/adjacent to the existing Kiltipper Road.
