The proposed development will consist of: the installation of an internally illuminated external sign (c. 3.425 m wide and c. 0.75 m high) with lettering spelling MARSH at the 4th floor above ground level at 74-75 Baggot Street Lower on the south elevation facing toward Wilton Terrace and affixed to the external façade of the building; the installation of an internally illuminated sign (c. 1.675 m wide and c. 0.365 m high) with lettering spelling MARSH located at ground floor level at 74-75 Baggot Street Lower on the east elevation to Baggot Street Lower and affixed to the external façade of the building; and all associated development works.
