Works will include Removal of non-original partitions at Lower Ground Level & Ground Level. Formation of opening in spine wall at Ground Floor level. Formation of ope for door at First Floor Level. Removal of 7 no. car parking spaces to be replaced with a rear garden and bin shelter. Refurbishment works will include rewiring, replumbing, and structural works where required. All protected elements to be retained and repaired where required with appropriate materials.
