15. Biodiversity The recommendations of the submitted ecological appraisal report shall be implemented and in particular the following shall apply: c. Prior to commencement of works on the protected structure a bat survey, including roost survey shall be carried out by an ecologist and the survey report shall be submitted to the planning authority. All required licences shall be obtained from the NPWS where bats are found to be present.
