PROTECTED STRUCTURE: I, Alison Rohan, intend to apply for planning permission for development at 48 Temple Road, Rathmines, Dublin 6. The subject site includes and is within the curtilage of a protected structure (DCC RPS Ref No.: 8058). The proposed development consists of: • The change of use of main building at 48 Temple Road from convent to residential use. • The demolition of the existing 1-storey accommodation block extension located to the rear of the house and 2-storey building on the site of the coach house. • Removal of existing oil tank to the west of the house. • Internal works to the main building including demolitions and conservation works. • Repair and refurbishment to historic sash windows. • The construction of new extension to the south and garage to the west of the house. • Associated landscaping works, tree removal and replacement planting, internal alterations to the existing structure, conservation and restoration works, photovoltaic panels and all ancillary site and development works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
