Baunmore Gortnahown & Farranablake East, Athenry, Co. Galway

for 49 no. houses in the townland of Baunmore, Gortnahown and Farranablake East together with ancillary works. The development will consist of the construction of: •18 no. 4 bed semi-detached (2 storey) houses, •10 no. 3 bed semi-detached (2 storey) houses, 13 no. 3 bed terraced (2 storey) houses, • 3 no. 4 bed detached houses, • 5 no. 2 bed terraced houses. The proposed development will also include for; •The demolition of a shed ruin on site, • Provision of public open space areas (including a playground), private open space areas, bicycle parking, footpaths, public lighting, ESB Sub station, landscaping and revised boundary treatments. • Provision of carparking including ducting to all spaces for future EV charging points; • Provision of an uncontrolled pedestrian crossing to traverse the Baunmore road (L-31232 county road), • Connection to existing mains water infrastructure and on site surface water attenuation to serve the development, • Proposed foul drainage networks, including a sewer extension along the Baunmore Road (L-31232 county road), to connect to the existing Pairc na hAbhainn Wastewater pumping station to the north-west. • Proposal for adjoining Nursing home to east to connect to the proposed foul sewer with decommissioning of the associated on-site sewage treatment plant, together with all associated site works and services.
