for amendements to previously permitted development (ref 24/60466), the development will consist of the alterations and modifications of a previously permitted commercial building. The amended proposal will provide commercial use at ground floor level with 12 guest bedrooms at first and second floor level (guesthouse/short-term accommodation), together with associated alterations to elevations and internal layouts.
