The amended proposal will provide commercial use at ground floor level with 12 guest bedrooms at first and second floor level (guesthouse/short-term accommodation), together with associated alterations to elevations and internal layouts. The development will also include additional bicycle parking, alterations to the public realm, connection to public watermain, surface & wastewater drainage, together with all associated site works and services
