for development at this site. The development will consist of the construction of a 1 & 2 storey extension with a total floor area of 1,019m² comprising: 4 no. classrooms, 2no. SET rooms, 1no. plant room and a 2 Classroom SEN Unit with its own soft play area, sensory garden and 6no. parking spaces accessed off the existing main car park. Together with: alterations to 1no existing classroom with a total floor area of 102m² to form a new main entrance and associated offices, the demolition of 1no. prefabricated classroom and 1no. store with a total floor area of 61m², the installation of solar PV panels on the existing roof, an air source heat pump and 2no. LPG tanks (below ground), 1no. static water storage tank (below ground) and all associated drainage and site development works in the vicinity of 2no protected structures (1) NIAH Ref 12329025 and (2) NIAH 12329026, all to facilitate the amalgamation of St Senan’s Senior NS and St Senan’s Junior NS on the same campus
