Convenience Retail unit to include grocery, delicatessen, goods store, toilets and staff facilities. 4. External solid fuel, gas and bin storage area. 5. Under ground water and fuel tanks. 6. Car wash facility 7. All ancillary site services to include connection to mains water, storm and foul sewers. The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority during its public opening hours.
