The development consists of the change of use of the two buildings from existing office use to residential use consisting of 7 one bed apartments and 1 two bed apartment (8 in total). The proposal will also include the construction of a) an extension of 14 sq.m. to rear of no 31 to provide a kitchen to proposed Apartment 5; b) a new stairs to the front of the building; c) a bicycle storage facility to the front of each building, at lower ground level for 6 bicycles underneath the bin platforms; d) internal works to facilitate the change of use and e) waste management facilities at ground level. A new door will be provided to the rear of no. 31 to provide potential future access to the lane at rear when available
