proposed amendments to the façade of existing 19th Century Building at Courtyard single storey extension, comprising of: a) Increased height of existing parapet wall to the Courtyard single storey extension. b) Proposed new roof and rooflights to the existing single storey extension. c) The replacement of existing windows with new vertical windows and all associated works at Bruree House, Garroose, Bruree, Co. Limerick. Bruree House is listed as a Protected Structure in the Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028 R.P.S. Ref. No.391 and is also listed on the N.I.A.H Ref. No. 21804006.
