amendments to the permitted Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD), Limerick City & County Council Register Reference 23/557; An Bord Pleanála Reference ABP-319721-24 comprising as follows : (i) the approved LRD development pedestrian-only entrance at the existing vehicular entrance on Roses Avenue is to be upgraded to a vehicular, cyclist and pedestrian entrance, (ii) the approved vehicular and cyclist entrance on Roses Avenue is to be amended to a pedestrian and fire tender only entrance, (iii) omission of 1 no. 1-bed apartment and provision of 1 no. 2-bed apartment all at ground floor level of Block 5 to provide for revised vehicular access route to the approved car park. There is no change to the overall number of apartments permitted in the LRD scheme, (iv) re-location of bike store. Ardhu House is a Protected Structure, RPS Reg. No. 3281
