the conversion of an existing single storey pitched roof Low Support facility to a High Support Residential Apartment Facility comprising of 2 no. Apartments with a centralised Support Staff area. The works consist of a new single storey flat roof extension that extends to a canopy over a new entrance to the north facing elevation, new rooflights to the front, side and rear existing pitched roof, alterations throughout the existing external wall envelope in the form of removal and replacement of doors and windows and creating new openings for windows and doors, new rendered external wall insulation system, removal of existing chimney, the provision of new PV panels; including all removal works and internal alterations. External works include new boundary walls to the entire perimeter with vehicle and pedestrian access off the adjacent Avista-owned carpark to the north, hard and soft landscaping, drainage and all associated ancillary site works to Ashlawn, St. Vincents Centre Lisnagry. Co. Limerick V94P6D8 by Avista CLG. The proposal is within the curtilage of a site containing a Protected Structure but will not affect original or early structures therein
