Development Description
Permission is sought for the continued use of an existing authorised industrial facility (comprising a concrete batching plant, aggregate crushing, screening and washing facilities) on the site as currently permitted under Plan File Ref. No. 16/1001, within an application area of c.18 hectares, for a further period of 35 years. The development includes the continued use of the established site entrance with road signage, internal access road, importation of materials, processing plant, ESB substation, closed-circuit lagoon system, wheelwash, weighbridge, office, and a hardstand area with hydrocarbon interceptor. No new works are proposed as part of this application.
