the development will consist of accessibility works to the existing exterior and interior of the bank to include the: a) Lowering of the current interior finished floor level to the finished footpath level b) Removal of the existing stone steps at the main entrance and at the ATM. c) Relocation of main entrance and ATM by alternating their current positions. d) Extension of existing door frames. e) Construction of new internal steps and ramp structure to interior of banking lobby, hall, and ATM room and all associated ancillary site works. The building is Protected Structure (Ref No.14009513) and is within an Architectural Conservation Area
