Access to the proposed development will via the adjoining permitted residential development to the north (under Ref. 23/873) which has a permitted vehicular entrance off the Dublin Road. The proposed development also provides for all associated site development works, above & below ground, public open space, hard and soft landscaping & boundary treatments, surface car parking, bin & bicycle storage, ESB Sub-station & public lighting etc., all on an overall application site area of c.2.1 hectares.
