Development Description
the development will consist of; (i) Construction of a single storey courtyard extension (243 sq.m.) and external terraced area to the rear of the existing main hotel building, located within the external courtyard between the leisure centre and the bedroom block, including: (a) external raised planter for screening; (b) 4 no. Sheffield cycle stands; (b) construction of new part M compliant pedestrian ramp to an existing entrance; (iv) All other associated engineering, landscaping and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
