P.3.10237: (1) change of size, shape & window/door layout of the single storey ‘utility’ section at the south corner of the house and the construction of chimney; (2) a single storey extension at the north-west (front) of the house; (3) additional window in the south-west (side) elevation of the house; (4) the construction of a window instead of double doors at the south-east (rear) of the house; (5) the construction of front boundary wall and entrance instead of ‘studfarm’ fencing shown on previous planning drawing; (6) the erection of a steel garden shed to the rear of the house and (7) all associated site and ancillary works
