Development Description
a proposed warehouse facility (1,665m2 Approx.) and pedestrian link corridor to the east of the existing facility, to include storage facilities, 3 no. loading bays, van delivery bay, external plant area, staff facilities and alterations to the existing east façade. These works are to include all associated plant & equipment, photovoltaic installation to roof area, site works, drainage, alterations to existing site levels and ancillary site development works. All access to the site will be by way of the existing access roads off Cashel Road
