a) alterations, including providing (1) a raised pitched roof to provide for storage space (2) side-facing window NE to the roof-space store, (3) rear window to canteen and (4) alterations to fenestration generally (5) a front single-story NW extension, and (6) the removal of the pre-existing flat roof and its replacement with the pitched roof per (1) above, all carried out to the pre-existing structures on site. b) Planning Permission to decommission the existing septic tank on site and to provide a replacement EPA compliant waste-water treatment system. c) Note that (1) the current use (since February 2023) of the structures on site is residential, which is an unauthorised use. (2) The current (since 1994) authorised (P315769) use for the site is commercial. The applicant intends by means of the current application to fully revert to the authorized commercial use of the site, to cease the current unauthorized use and in so doing to retain the structural alterations already carried out, all as detailed above
