The development will also consist of works to the upper walled garden comprising the removal of existing gravel paths, timber steps and landscaping, and their replacement with a tennis court (c. 39.6 m x c. 21.4m) with surrounding steel post net fencing (c. 2.8m in height); associated ground regrading works; and all ancillary site development works above and below ground.
