Erection of 2.6m high security fencing around the site; VI. Installation of pole-mounted security cameras and lighting; VII. Construction of 1 No. new permanent site entrance; VIII. Construction of new access tracks; IX. Installation of electrical cabling; X. Landscaping and reinstatement works; and XI. All associated ancillary development.
