Permission is also sought for the demolition of an existing one-storey / flat roof extension at the rear of the property, and demolition of 1 No. one-storey outbuilding, detached from the existing dwelling and located at the south side of the site subject to this application, together with all associated internal alterations to the existing dwelling, and related site works and landscape works as illustrated and detailed in the attached drawings and reports that accompany this application.
