Permission and Retention for development at this site. The development will consist of: i. Retention of the building located to the rear of the site as a Baptist church including a chapel, creche, office and associated uses. ii. Permission for a change of use of part of the existing Baptist church building to a Sunday school and for renovations and a proposed extension to the existing Baptist Church to form a new chapel and associated uses. iii. Permission for a single storey side and rear extension onto the existing parochial house to accommodate the subdivision of the house to provide a one-bedroom self-contained apartment and all associated site works. iv.
