This site contains three protected structures Cast-iron wall mounted post box (15401118 / RPS No. 011-037), Wilson's Hospital: gate lodge (15401119 / RPS No. 011-038) and Wilson's Hospital: hospital/infirmary (15401120 / RPS No. 011-039) as well as three recorded monuments (WM011-036, WM011-064 and WM011-065) all of which are ring forts. This development is covered by the provisions of the Renewable Energy Directive III (Directive EU 2023/2413) and it is important to note that the planning permission may be subject to section 34D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended. When a notice issues in accordance with section 34D(b), the provisions of article 26A of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to 2025 shall apply
