Development Description

The proposed development will comprise the construction of 104 no. residential units as presents: 17 no. 2-bedroom mid-terrace houses all at two-storey height; 50 no. 3-bedroom houses comprising terraced and semi-detached units, all at two-storey height; 32 no. 4-bedroom houses comprising detached and semi-detached units, all at two-storey including attic height; 1 no. 4-bedroom single-storey detached house; 1 no. two-storey apartment block (circa 247.3 sqm) comprising 4 no. 1-bedroom apartment units. The proposed development will also provide: 1 no. single-storey creche / childcare facility (circa 199.3 sqm); 199 no. car parking spaces comprising of in-curtilage residential parking, out-of-curtilage apartment parking, and creche dedicated parking including accessibility parking; 232 no. bicycle parking spaces; public open space totalling 0.37 hectares; communal open space totalling 104.9 sqm; private garden / amenity areas; all associated hard and soft-landscaping, play areas, boundary treatments, roads, footpaths, cycle lanes, bin storage, 1 no. ESB sub-station, 1 no. wastewater pumping station, and all other ancillary works above and below ground. Access will be provided via the L1133 Ardmore Road.
