This commencement notice relates only to works within the foregoing description, as comprised in the following description, and as contained in the enclosed Preliminary Inspection Plan (16-095 PIP 181214): - Building Envelope completions (including external windows, doors and curtain walling installations) - Internal Fit-out - Mechanical Installation - Electrical Installation - External Electrical Installation - External Works - Utilities and Services - Hard Surfacings - Landscaping - Testing Commissioning and Handover It is noteworthy here that the following building systems have been certified as complete by the Assigned Certifier for the Works, and are deemed to be in compliance with the Building Regulations as comprised in the following list, and as contained in the enclosed Inspection Notification Framework - As Implemented (16-095 INF (AS IMPLEMENTED)): - Substructure Works. - Structure and Frame.
