The construction of a district heating network pipeline (c. 4232m in length) from the proposed district heating energy centre within the following roads – R425, R445 and L6311 and the provision of pipes to connect the district heating network pipeline to sites/premises. 4. The proposed development includes all associated site development and site enabling works and ancillary infrastructure. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development.’
