The trail will avail of existing parking spaces at Murrintown and Piercestown villages, the project will provide solid noise wall, secure paladine fencing, stockproof fencing & gates, culverts, bollard lighting, CCTV, entrance piers and trail, heritage & ecological signage. • The trail includes the construction of two pedestrian crossings at Murrintown School carpark / set-down area. • The proposed development was screened and found not to cause an impact on 2000 Natura Sites. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) was not required. An Ecological Report and a Bat Survey Report was prepared and found not to impact the flora or fauna.
