Permission for (1) redevelopment of existing car showroom building to include partial demolition works (463.5 m²) and stripping back and removal of cladding and glazing and construction of a new single storey rear extension (340.9 m²) resulting in a net decrease in floor area of 122.6 m², and new cladding, glazing and signage throughout; (2) redevelopment of existing car servicing building to include partial demolition works, including separate prefabricated structure adjacent (289.8 m² + 39.2 m²) and construction of 2 no. new extensions (325.2 m²) resulting in a net increase of floor area of 35.4 m², with new roof and elevational changes including new signage; (3) site layout changes adjacent to these buildings to include new car display spaces and formalisation of other parking areas, including footpaths and kerbing; (4) construction of an ESB substation and, (5) all associated servicing, drainage and site and development works.
