Permission for retention of a) demolition of northern building and link building formerly used as a factory, b) infilling of decommissioned water reservoir, c) construction of northern building used for light industrial, d) construction of a concrete wall and regrading of existing internal road and also change of use from factory to light industrial and permission for demolition of existing southern building formerly a factory and construction of a new building for light industrial use, replace existing roadside post & wire boundary fence with new concrete wall, new palisade fence to ESB substation and upgrade existing vehicular entrances to the site and associated site works.
