PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Full planning permission is sought for works at 53 Ailesbury Road Dublin 4 , a part two part , three storey over semi-basement, detached villa type dwelling, ridge height circa 15.6 meters above ground level (protected structure reference 87 on the record of protected structures) as follows: • Upgrade to existing mechanical and electrical systems throughout including associated decorative works as a result of rewiring. • External works for new incoming ESB supply and new photovoltaic cells at roof level to rear internal pitches. • Existing asbestos sheet roof to Security Guards Residence to the rear of the site to be removed complete, safely disposed of and replaced with a new insulated single ply membrane roof finish.
