9. Archaeological Monitoring (see Section 3.7 of the Framework and Principles for the Protection of the Archaeological Heritage, 1999) of groundworks/topsoil stripping/dredging works/demolition and site clearance works and/or supervision of agreed preservation in-situ measures (licensed under the NM Acts) as follows: (b) Compliance Submissions: I. Prior to works commencing the appointed archaeologist shall submit an Archaeological Impact Assessment for the proposed development (including temporary and enabling works) for agreement to the Planning Authority.
